Dine Well Financial is a national funding connection network, based in Las Vegas, that helps restaurant owners find working capital, merchant cash advances, lines of credit, SBA loan alternatives, bridge loans, and invoice factoring through a network of lending and funding partners. The Site provides information about what we offer and lets you request a funding quote, ask about your options, or contact us.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Site, submit a form, or enter into an agreement with us.

Use of the Site

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Copy, scrape, harvest, or republish content or data from the Site without our written permission.

Submitting a request through the Site is not an application for credit with Dine Well Financial and is not a commitment by anyone to provide funding. Nothing on the Site is an offer of credit.

Funding Programs, Approval, and Timing

Funding amounts, rates, factor rates, fees, repayment terms, and speed of funding are set by each lender or funding partner after its own review, and depend on your business’s qualifications. Examples, ranges, and typical timelines on the Site are illustrative only and are not guaranteed for any applicant. Approval is not guaranteed. Product availability varies by state and by partner. Merchant cash advances are generally structured as purchases of a portion of future receivables rather than loans, and their costs are commonly expressed as a factor rate rather than an interest rate. Review every agreement carefully, and ask your own advisor if you have questions. Any funding you receive is governed solely by the written agreement between you and the lender or funding partner.

Your Authorization and Responsibilities

By submitting a funding request, you confirm that you are authorized to act for the business, that the information you provide is accurate and complete, and that you will update us if it changes. You authorize Dine Well Financial to share your request with lenders and funding partners relevant to it, and you authorize those partners to contact you by phone, email, and text message about your request and to obtain business or personal credit reports where you consent to that as part of their application process. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us by emailing info@dinewellfinancial.com or calling 800-664-0173 so we can try to resolve the matter informally within 30 days. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Either party may bring an eligible claim in small claims court instead.

General Terms

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written agreement you sign with us, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site; a signed written agreement controls if it conflicts with these Terms. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. Headings are for convenience only.

Changes to These Terms
